possibly Rockabilly, the red lipstick is a must. but headbands aren't the norm, there are lots of other hairstyles. the jeans typically are dark, and skinny, sometimes pedal pushers (capris). betty page bangs are common, which would be how a headband would commonly be worn.What do you call the style with red lipstick/no liner and thick eyeliner and normally dark jeans?
