Should lip liner be the same shade as the lipstick, or darker?

I wear mine a shade darker, but not too much darker. Just enough to line your lips and have the lipstick match the liner - a bit lighter.Should lip liner be the same shade as the lipstick, or darker?

Liner should be a shade darket, to enable your full lip shows off. However, if the lips are large, let it be of the same shade. It depends on how you look in mirror. If there is no lipstic and liner , I love the fresh lips natural.Should lip liner be the same shade as the lipstick, or darker?

if u want ur lips to really pop you may want to use a shade darker


if you want something sexy and a Little more natural looking go for the same shade.
slightly darker...you don't want to look like a mexican/betty boop with this black lip liner and it's silly looking....example if it's red lipstick do like a whine lip liner for a full but natural look.
