I have a date and i need help on wheter lip liner or lipstick goes on 1st?

Pros do either way - there is no consistency but I prefer liner first or just liner no lipstickI have a date and i need help on wheter lip liner or lipstick goes on 1st?

Lip liner first if you put on the lipstick %26amp; then try the pencil you can't make it look right because your mixing the lipstick %26amp; the pencil and you get it a mess. You end up looking like a clown

You want the lip liner to go on first. Then pretend the lip stick is a crayon and color inside the lip liner. That way, you can know how big or small you want your lips to look. Hope I could help! :)
the liner goes on first...this not only helps you 'trace' your lips so you can stay in the lines when you apply lipstick, but also makes them look fuller and more sophisticated...then on goes the lipstick...but beware! according to the 'fashion' industry, it is a BIG NO-NO to where different color lipstick and liner (although i dont agree)...so if it is a concern of yours to be MoDe, then be sure to do this...and be sure to bring them both with you (as well as a compact/mirror) to do some touch ups after you eat/drink! and have fun on your date!!
line your lips first, then apply lipstick...it will make your lips look fuller!!
Always apply lip liner first, don't just line the outline of your lips, do the entire lip and then apply lipstick, that way your lipstick will stay on longer..
