Is it better if i use lip liner before applying red lipstick?

does it look neater and more precise? thanks:)Is it better if i use lip liner before applying red lipstick?
yes it does. actually it has to be the same exact shade as ur lipstick. to b super precise though, dust lips with blended face powder. then line ur lips with liner and color them in with the LINER. then glide on ur lipstick and ur good to go!!! hope i helped :]Is it better if i use lip liner before applying red lipstick?
it is best to use lipliner to create a clean lip line and it keeps the lipstick from bleeding past the lip line
no because it looks really fake.... trust me i have been there...haha
YES you have to...keeps the lipstick from going crazy...keeps it in line..
If you feel your lips need more defintion or if you are trying to make them look smaller or larger yes lip liner first.

BUUUT make sure your lipiner is only a couple of shades darker than your actual natural lip color or the shade of lipstick you are using.

Check it under both daylight and overhead lighting conditions!

Do not use lipliner that doesn not match your lipstick color like ugh sepia or dark chocolate with orange!

Depending on how bright your red lipstick is try to use a dark crimson or brown more ?
I would never use lip liner to begin with. But then again that's just me. I'm not sure, it can go two ways:

1) If you put it on before, it may get covered or not be as visable.

2) If you put it on after it may not go on that well or show as dark.

I'm just guessing, don't mind me.
apply the lip liner only if its really close to the lipstick color, because then when the lips stick wears off youll just see red lines and it looks pretty weird.
it DOES look neater and classier...

also, it is easier to put on the red lipstick because you have the lipliner lines for an outline to 'stay in the lines'

hope i helped!
Put some lip gloss on with the lipstick, but not lip liner. Alright?
it depends on how you apply it. If it's a thin line, i'm sure you couldn't go wrong. however, if it were a bit wobbly, it might look stranger. Thicker lip liners (which hopefully are the right shade as your lipstick) will make your lips look larger ad fuller. Thinner lip liners will make your lipstick more precise. It really depends on the way you apply it and the shade of it. I'm sure it's fine.
im not sure but i dont use lip liner.
hell no just put on the red lipstick
It is always best to use lip liner before putting on any color lipstick
if u want to look really old-fashioned then yes, use it but i would recommend u drop the lip liner and just use the lipstick by itself
Usinga nude (lip colored liner) works best, it keeps the red from 'feathering out' into the creases. If you apply it before the red lipstick it will prevent that, and go unnoticed as long as you dont trace outside your lipline. Concealer around the lips also helps prevent 'feathering'.
my aunt is like a makeup girl, and another works for cookie lee. I'd say that liner does make it look better, but it depends on the shade if you are doing it with red lip stick, i suggest not a really dark color or not a really light color but kinda in inbetween color but not one that blends in with the red...

Well i hope this answer has help you

Definitely. I always think of it as kind of like coloring. LOL You always trace the picture with the color you are going to use first, and then you color the picture, and then your color stays inside the lines better. Makes the picture look much neater. Same goes with lipstick and lip liner. best of lining.
It helps the lipstick stay on longer. You should fill in the whole lip then apply lipstick and lipgloss if you want.

yes use something close to that color it just makes it much neater and more defined
Yes, with red especially. Always look better with lip liner. If you had something softer, like a rose, then it isn't absolutely needed unless you have very pale skin.
i think so......ya, but be careful not to use too dark of a shad of lipliner because sometimes it looks like u have a mustache! ah!
it looks dressier
Yes, use the liner first or else you will smear the lip stick when trying to apply the liner :-)
nooooooooooooooo
lip liner is so 90's. don't use it! it looks horrible.
