On the inner eye like on the pink bit


or just around your eye.

Btw, that ';pink bit'; is called a waterline, and I wouldn't suggest putting the powder liner there because it would get really messy and probably get in your eye.

I would put on a black pencil liner first, lining just right on your lash lines, then I would use bedroom eyes over it. If it's a smokey look you're going for then this is my suggestion. I would imagine that because it is a ';shadow and liner'; all in one that it is not as rich a black as a black pencil or liquid liner would be. Add a deep black with a soft black together makes a great smoky look.
The pink bit, or waterline, is actually sensitive, so i advise you DONT put much on it dear


even though its fun + looks fab (i do sometimes, im a makeup artist) just avoid it in the long run, because its also a bit of a mess to remove, and you don't wanna wake up looking like a raccoon
