N they r not...eye liner is liquid and more black but Kajal that is Khol is absolutely not a liquid...Brand for kajal I would advise Shareye...or something like this...forgot th name!But to give a better and mysterious look eyeliner would be more advisable...good luck

If you've got to wear glasses because you're short/long-sighted, then applying eyeliner isn't any different from a normal sighted person, and neither are the risks. Just try not to poke yourself in the eye with it or anything silly.
If you've got glasses for other reasons, then ask your optician if you're worried.

the only thing is that u shud go for a good quality branded kajal . also you should put a THIN line under the eye, but it shud NOT be put too close to inner membrane of the lower eyelid else it will cause redness and itching

It really depends on your own face and the effect you want to achieve. I find that eyeliners look good on most people if done correctly. May be and may not be. It totally depends on the brand that you use. Use a good branded one. if your want to highlight your eyes than try eye liners.

Sometimes as in the case of your friend there may be an allergic reaction to its contents or frank infection if there is a minor abrasion in conjunctiva( white part of globe) or cornea (the transparent central circle) .For eyes to appear larger and appealing some women still apply kajal but it is strongly disapproved by ophthalmologists or eye doctors.
If your friend is applying eyeliner to the bottom inner eyelid it is not a good idea. Our tear relies on the oils that are produced from the meibomian glands in our eyelids.
Tell your friend to apply her eyeliner on the outer eyelid at the eyelid margin to be safe and still beautiful!

I have to say I think when someone has a tan they look healthy and radiant. So i would start by exfolating and removing unwanted hair and moisturising on the 29th, (if shaving though make it the 30th) it's best to exfoliate and moisturise the day before applying tanning products. Then on the night of the 30th, a few hours before bed time apply your chosen tanning product. Fake Bake and St Tropez are probably the best and easiest at the mo. Ensure you have applied the tanning product all over, get a friend to help with the difficult to reach places (you could do each others). To avoid streaky elbows, feet and knees apply these areas with some moisturiser. Leave to dry and go to bed with it still on. (prob best if you put a towel down on the bed as it does stain.)
Morning of the 31st - The tan has had time to develop, so now is the time to wash it off in the shower.
For Make-up - I would go for more dramatic make up. I also have dark brunette hair and greeny blue eyes. So if it was me I would apply my usual foundation, powder, bronzer/blusher. Theres no point changing the base as you already know it works. If you feel the base is a little light compared to the bronzed body a slightly darker powder does the trick.
I would make eyes dramatic and lips neutral, so maybe smoky eyes, use a light silver/grey, a charcoal/black and a shimmery white highlighter. Apply the lighter colour all over the eye lid right up to the brow. Apply the darker colour at the edges and blend up and in towards the centre using the crease of the eye as a guide. Then finally apply the shimmery white just below the eyebrow to highlight them. Ensure both eyes are even and brows are well groomed.
Line eyes with black eyeliner and dab some of the shimmery white eyeshadow in the inner corners of the eyes. Curl eyelashes and apply lashings of mascara.
Opt for a sheer gloss for lips, peachy pinks are best.
Hair - I'm unsure of the style you have whether it is layered or a long bob etc. Sweeping fringes always add an element of softness to the face. Avoid middle partings as this may make the look to harsh, side partings are best for softness. If it is long enough maybe some soft curls would be nice. Set in rollers then finish with curling tongs.
Finish off the look with pretty jewellery. I love diamond or cz studs with a matching necklace and braclet.
Just before putting on outfit, rub on some Body Shops Shea Butter for Body, this complements the tan, gives it a glowing shimmery glossed look.

You might want to have a go at a peachy colour too (depending on your exact haircolour).
Always make up either your lips or eyes with a decent amount of make-up (not over-made) but not both at the same time - that's 80s and at this stage, slutty.
So, either do your eyes up and use a light gloss on your lips or wear minimal make-up on your eyes and make sure your lips are noticed.

Let's not just focus on the top half, focus on the whole you.
I have to say I think when someone has a tan they look healthy and radiant. So i would start by exfolating and removing unwanted hair and moisturising on the 29th, (if shaving though make it the 30th) it's best to exfoliate and moisturise the day before applying tanning products. Then on the night of the 30th, a few hours before bed time apply your chosen tanning product. Fake Bake and St Tropez are probably the best and easiest at the mo. Ensure you have applied the tanning product all over, get a friend to help with the difficult to reach places (you could do each others). To avoid streaky elbows, feet and knees apply these areas with some moisturiser. Leave to dry and go to bed with it still on. (prob best if you put a towel down on the bed as it does stain.)
Morning of the 31st - The tan has had time to develop, so now is the time to wash it off in the shower.
For Make-up - I would go for more dramatic make up. I also have dark brunette hair and greeny blue eyes. So if it was me I would apply my usual foundation, powder, bronzer/blusher. Theres no point changing the base as you already know it works. If you feel the base is a little light compared to the bronzed body a slightly darker powder does the trick.
I would make eyes dramatic and lips neutral, so maybe smoky eyes, use a light silver/grey, a charcoal/black and a shimmery white highlighter. Hot pink lipstick and green/ plum liner?
So, I went to Sephora and bought 4 Urban Decay liners and a lipstick from Makeup Forever (so. expensive. jeez.). I wore the lipstick today and I LOVE it!
For the eyes, I used Gunmetal and Yeyo. I'm really pale so I can't use black. I put Gunmetal on my top lid, Yeyo in the waterline, and lightly applied Gunmetal again on the outer half of the lower lid.
I was wondering if it'd be a bad idea to do the same thing with Gunmetal on the top and Stash or 1999 on the bottom. Would the colors look weird together/ would it be too much color?

thats the problem with skin, you need a corrector, yellow takes away pink tones so try using a yellow base concealer, use your foundation or powder and make sure it is a matt finish
for a natural makeup, its basically
1. apply a taupe wash ( a light slightly greyish brown) a wash is from from eyelid to under eyebrow , im assuming you are white.
2. use either a grey or middle tone brown on the eyelid, not to much on your brush
3. use a darker brown eyeshadow to define the outter corners of you eyes, do not use black or else you defeat the purpose of a natural look
4. use an english rose color blusher slighty on either your cheeks or under, which ever you prefer
5. for natural lips, ideally you should just use carmex or a not so glossy clear gloss but you can use color if you wish.

They will cover any acne scar, freckle, or blemish that needs to be concealed. Cheaper products do not deliver the same quality.

I really like to wear mascara and eye liner (usually not together) but what is a really great mascara that makes your eye lashes longer or apprear to be longer then what they really are, one that doesn't CLUMP together, and that goes on smoothly and evenly but really dark? Make sure when you put on liquid base, that you put it on lightly and make sure it is blended in very well. Then apply the powder. Then apply the rest of your makeup.

GOSH eyeliner is amazing,smooth and velvety, ans is waterproof so literally won't budge until you take it off. its dark too and comes in lots of different colours. very good quality

It depends on which kind you get...
Foundation if it is liquid typically lasts longer than powder. Usually about 8-10 hours.
Eyeliner last a LONG time...for me at least.

I dont like lipstick either, I wear lipliner with lip gloss but since im so bad at reaplying most of the time i end up wearing the lipliner by itself. Well, that depends on your natural lip colour. If the lip liner is a couple of shades darker than your original lip colour, it seem perfect. Don't go for too dark shades, okay?
By the way, why not lipsticks? Does that make you look made-up? I can suggest you a certain blend of colour that would suit all colour types. Go for a soft and neutral blend of peach and crimson. It suits all tones, and believe me, works like really magic!!

In my opinion you don't need expencive things like MAC for eyeshadow... nearly all cosmetic brands do a bronze, black etc. If you want shimmery ones.. buy those, but if you cant get a white shimmery one and apply it over the top it'll keep the colour and add the glitter. Just make sure you test them before buying... some eyeshadows suck and no colour comes off but some are very pigmented. I got a pallet off ebay for 拢5 with about 50 colours in and they are AMAZING. better than my MAC stuff anyday.

This may sound odd but my aunt just gave me some lipstick from Hawaii.It cost like 7 dollars for 6 tubes I think.It definitely stays on trust me.The brand is Magic Lipstick.It's called Magic lipstick because the lipstick is actually green but I guarantee that as soon as you put it on it turns red.I don't know if they have different colors.Hope I helped!!

The Clear lip liner goes outside the border of the lips where the creases are, then lip liner (maybe there is a better lip liner designed not to bleed, I just use whatever I have on hand) then lipstick. I have used lip liner all over my lips in the past, just make sure it matches your lipstick perfectly so you can't see it underneath. Now it put a very light coat of foundation , whether I am using liquid or mineral, and it seems to help. when you apply foundation to your face apply it to your lips as well.
alternatively try using a lipstick primer like mac prep n prime lip.
then apply your lip liner. line around the lips, and then colour in your lips with the liner. blend with your finger to make sure it's even this should create a base to ensure that your lip colour lasts longer. then apply your lipstick.
if you still find your lipstick bleeds try buying a lip colour designed to last longer. there are many available, like; maybelline superstay lip colour, max factor lipfinity lip colour or lipfinity everlites and revlon colourstay soft and smooth, to name a few.
or if you'd prefer to keep the lipstick you have you could buy a gloss that's designed to keep your lip colour for longer like rimmel london lipstick lock.After applying my lipstick and lip liner I find that the lipstick bleeds. Any suggestions?

You need Mary Kay Lip Primer. You put it on before your liner and lipstick and it stops bleeding and feathering. Also smooths out lines and makes lipstick last longer.
well one tip i learned from professional modeling just before applying the lip stick and lip liner lightly put a light coat of foundation on your lips as it will last longer...hope that helps some.
cover your entire lips with lipliner and then apply lip stick. this should make the lipstick not bleed.
alternatively try using a lipstick primer like mac prep n prime lip.
then apply your lip liner. line around the lips, and then colour in your lips with the liner. blend with your finger to make sure it's even this should create a base to ensure that your lip colour lasts longer. then apply your lipstick.
if you still find your lipstick bleeds try buying a lip colour designed to last longer. there are many available, like; maybelline superstay lip colour, max factor lipfinity lip colour or lipfinity everlites and revlon colourstay soft and smooth, to name a few.
or if you'd prefer to keep the lipstick you have you could buy a gloss that's designed to keep your lip colour for longer like rimmel london lipstick lock.After applying my lipstick and lip liner I find that the lipstick bleeds. Any suggestions?

I agree with the above answer. If you want to blend in more as a women; don't wear lip liner. Most woman don't even wear lip liner. and NEVER wear dark lipstick or bright lipstick. It's tacky and it will draw a LOT of attention. It'll kinda put a spot light on anything masculine about you that you may be trying to hide.
The only person I've seen pull it off is the Britney spears impersonator. Derrick Barry. (not sure if that's how you spell him name). He's FANTASTIC but even he looks a little masculine with it every great now and again.

I have all the same charachteristics that you do. You just may be my twin. But anyways, here is what I do on an average day because I really love makeup and always wear it and experiment. I typically use a brown shadow on my eyes. I usually cover the lid with a shiny beige color and then use a darker brown tone on the corner of the eye blending it in to the inside of the eye along the crease of the eye. On the browbone, I use a shimmery champaigne color. I use a black eyeliner and make sure to use mascara and curl the eyelashes to accentuate the look. I use a nude colored shimmery lip gloss on my lips. That seems to stand out and bring the look together. I also use a little bit of blush to finish off the look.
Plums and purples always look good on brown eyes with black eyeliner. A soft neutral lip with some shimmering gloss goes well with almost any color eyeshadow.

For brown hair (and eyes and olive skin) - a purple color on your lids with a lighter color on the top of your eye would look nice along with a purple liner in the evenings to brighten your eyes. During the day brown liner is fine.
Blush - a brown or pink - becareful of oranges they look horrible.
Lipstick - coffee metalics are nice - or deep browns (in the winter) and purples (deep and not overdone) - stay away from lip liners they aren't flattering.I have olive skin, brown hair and brown eyes. Any suggestions for specific eye shadow, liner and lipstick?
i have your exact coloring, and I've done some intense makeup research, so your in luck. for under eye circles, blemishes and other skin perfections, i use either a Bobbi brown blemish concealer stick or bare essentials foundation powder. to get that greenish tinge out of my skin, i use bronzer year round. the best ones I've found so far are the cargo medium bronzer and the Laura mercier matte bronzer. then i use a dusty pink blush by bobbi brown called rose pink. as for eyes, i find that excessive eye makeup can look trashy in the day. i just curl my eyelashes then use blinc KISS ME mascara. if i want my eyes to look bigger, i use the CHANEL aqua crayon eye liner in noir on my upper eyelids only. some times i use a beautiful eyeshadow by stila called kitten when I'm going out. as for lips, i always just use a sheer gloss or lip tint..mac has nice liptints..and Becca does the nicest lip gloss called juniper.
I too have olive skin, brown eyes/ hair. The best colors I have found for me are purple and browns, especially together. I use Urban Decay, Smashbox, and Clinique mainly. I don't use eyeliner, but a brown or black would be fine. Try using a clear gloss or a sheer color like light pink instead of lipstick, it looks better on people with dark hair and brings attention to your eyes.
Orange blush is fine, I use it! Lorac makes great blush. Stick with colors in the pink/peachy/orange range.

Any brand; earth tones are best for your combination. Try using the Prescriptives medium bronzer instead of blush-- it'll highlight your natural skin tone. Mac has a variety of powdered shadows in beautiful neutrals. Try shades of light pinks, corals and peach. Brown eyeliner looks more natural, but use black if you're going for drama. A beautiful lip gloss that favors most any skin tone is Praline, from Dior.

I too have olive skin, brown eyes/ hair. The best colors I have found for me are purple and browns, especially together. I use Urban Decay, Smashbox, and Clinique mainly. I don't use eyeliner, but a brown or black would be fine. Try using a clear gloss or a sheer color like light pink instead of lipstick, it looks better on people with dark hair and brings attention to your eyes.
Orange blush is fine, I use it! Lorac makes great blush. Stick with colors in the pink/peachy/orange range.

Any brand; earth tones are best for your combination. Try using the Prescriptives medium bronzer instead of blush-- it'll highlight your natural skin tone. Mac has a variety of powdered shadows in beautiful neutrals. Try shades of light pinks, corals and peach. Brown eyeliner looks more natural, but use black if you're going for drama. A beautiful lip gloss that favors most any skin tone is Praline, from Dior.

yea me too, stay natural just less is more, id stay with light pinks and gols for the eyes and bronzer to make you glow

Any complexion can wear nude lips, but ';nude'; is sort of vague because what's nude for me might not be nude for you.
