At any drugstore, you can buy a thick eye pencil that is a shimmery silver made by Maybelline.
Collection 2000 (available at Superdrug or Boots can't remember which) do glittery gel eyeliners.
there's liquid eyeliner thats sparkly silvery and theres also eye crayons
