I dont like wering eye liner but i want my eyes to look full,what kind of makeup should i were??

try dabbing a bit of white/light shimmery powder or cream on the inside corner of your eye. Then if you really don't like eyeliner, try using a dark eyeshadow with a very fine brush at the edge of your top lashes. And of course, use mascara on both your top and bottom lashes.

Personally, eye liner completes the look, but, we'll subtract that for your case...





After applying eyeshadow, rub your eyeshadow brush in a white shadow cake, and blend it into the corner of each eye. This is supposed to create a wider effect. I also always brush some of the white on my brow bone.





Make sure you use at least two colors, plus the white, when doing your shadow, and blend well along your crease when applying shadows.

if you want your eyes to look fuller, then don't wear any eyeliner.


Eyeliner is specially designed to make eyes look smaller.


you should wear an eyeshadow that compliments your skin tone and a light one on your brow bone. this way, it brings out your eyes more by showing the contrast b/t the two tones.


also, put on some mascara and curl your lashes to their fullest. this takes a gooooooood mascara. scan your make up stores w/ help for this.
umm, well if you just want people to you know, notice ur eyes then you can try mascara...i know how you feel about the whole eyeliner thing...also sparkles can make ur eyes look fuller...hope i helped!
