How can i keep eye kohl on for a long time?

Dust clear, no color, translucent, VERY FINE powder ALL over LIGHTLY on eye area with eyes closed. Then apply a WATERPROOF Kohl liner and go over it with a matching shadow powder using a small liner blending brush. It should stay all day. There are a lot of good waterproof Kohl liners. If you can't find any at a store near you, check Sephora.com. They even make their own Sephora brand of cosmetics that are inexpensive and may have the waterproof. You can also apply the Kohl first, then the translucent powder to set it and follow the liner with the matching shadow just to make sure it is set. Sometimes it might be hard to draw some pencils on powdered skin and that solves that problem. The double powdering REALLY makes it stay! You can also try powder liner pencils. You can apply them dry or wet the tip and they stay and don't smear. Laura Geller makes some good ones in a lot of colors. You can get them at her shop in New York, LauraGeller.com, Sephora (or Sephora.com) or they sell some on QVC. They are not greasy or oily and you can even shade with them, they have a smudger on the end.How can i keep eye kohl on for a long time?

set it using visine then apply black/dark brown powder over it.
Apply black/brown powder shadow over it.
Powder on your eyelid just before you apply.
