Try Revlon Colorstay or I think Almay used to do a good one.
to be honest i have never used any other eyeliner than rimmel kohl black, it stays on all day and goes on easy try it its only 拢2.49
both body shop and max factor are good ones!

I like no7 Amazing Eyes pencil; it's pretty much waterproof and stays throughout the day. Also it has a smudge tip.





It's a little expensive but getting cheaper, currently at about 拢8 I think...
Revlon colorstay eyeliner works really well, stays on a long time, no raccoon eyes.
,depending were u are going put the liner if under the eyes I always use eye shadow which i damp with water and apply with ear buds it says on all day
All Gosh eyeliners are waterproff and stay on very well. You can find them at Superdrug.
bobbi brown eyeline gel is good .. but its not a pencil one
Smashbox... best eyeliner I have ever used... you use a special flat edged brush, and pick up a small amount and just dab along the lash line, it lasts all day. you can pick it up on QVC.co.uk or do a search on Ebaby for Smashbox... lovely products ! It is what they use on photoshoots in the states.
Revlon, self sharpen stays on all day and doesn't smudge.
Mac powerpoint eyeliner avaible in many colours
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil - avaialble in every colour imaginable, the best liner you can find. Completely waterproof, no smudges, comes off with remover. Hope this helps xx

From what I hear, Benefit makes the best kohl pencil, Bad Gal liner. My friends use it, and it's pretty much klutz proof w/ the applicator tip. There is even a she-lack liquid to keep it in place but for me, it's too rich for my blood. LOL. Instead I go for New York Color. Its just a simple pencil liner with a simple black cap, w/ a picture of a couple dancing along it's side, and it comes in only black. It's really long( I bought one and i've had it for over 2yrs since i don't use it much, but even for someone that would use it a lot it lasts a long time,), and it's only about $2 bucks anywhere, and oddly enough it stays on alll day. It's a little firm and waxy ( which is why i figured it stays put so well), so you can have more control of the level of intensity of the liner by applying to your desired effect, and it won't even run, or smudge unless you want it to. My lil secret to you, good luck!
