Wet n' Wild eyeliners are only $1 a pop and the ones that I have used stay really well. I get mine at Wal-Mart since Target no longer carries it. Can't beat the price.





Try dusting some loose powder on your lower eyelid and go over the line with a Q-tip after applying. Don't go too crazy thick, and this should help. Smudging will happen with ANY eye liner, so try not to rub your eyes - blot your lower lid with a tissue (eyes open) if you need to wipe your eyes. well anytime you put makeup directly on your tear ducts, there is risk of it running.Try just putting it almost all they way but not fully. Also set your face with a powder and that will help. Check out christimarcosmetics.com I use their eyeliner and it doesnt smudge or run. Also its not expensive.
Well if the kohl gets into your eyes, your eyes are going to react, and your tear ducts will produce tears. Thats why the kohl is going to smudge or run. Keep it out of your eyes. If you put it on the bottom lid, don't put it near the tear ducts. Or put it right below the bottom lid.
