Please, do not say MAC. I have a lot of products by them and even their Kohl eyeliner and would like to try out some cheaper alternatives (I'm 15 and I make my own money. I don't want to shell it out on one stick of eyeliner.)What is the best kohl eye pencil?

at target, they have rimmel brand eyeliner.
it's ahhh-mazing and it lasts forever. it goes on super smoothly too.
and it's like 7 dollars for one.

the only kohl liner ive tried is maybelins. and its worked okay, but it did smudge and fade pretty easily. sorry i couldnt help more.
